Yet again, I was given the chance to participate in Lonely Planet’s Blogsherpa Program. See that Lonely Planet badge in the right column? Yup, that’s from the program.
Blogsherpa has allowed me to focus on my blog and on sharing my travel experiences while pursuing my goal of visiting 30 countries by my 30th birthday. It has also allowed me greater exposure, so now thankfully, more people than just my mom read my blog!
Through the program I have encountered some amazing travel blogs, which I would like to share on this page. Check them out!

About ten years ago I set a goal to visit 30 countries by my 30th birthday. With no plan or country list to fulfill this goal, I decided to let life take me where it wished.
“See Simi Travel | tales from a wandering woman“ is the account of an ex-20-something year old exploring the world, usually solo, and on a very tight budget.
Every other week I bring you a story about the friends, food, fun and fails I’ve had along the way.
